cultivating environmentally sensitive conservation communities.

Dominic Valentine
is an environmentally centered
real estate investor and master carpenter. Dominic is deeply
committed to seeing the natural and scenic beauty of the land
protected and preserved. Dominic lives with his family on River Road
next to the Rattlesnake Run subdivision. Dominic is Advertising Director/ Owner for
The Shepherdstown Observer (www.WVobserver.com).
Thomas Harding
is
a real estate agent and President in Greg Didden Associates, the
longest operating real estate firm in the region (www.GregDidden.com).
Before becoming a realtor, Thomas spent twenty years as an
environmental documentary-maker and media consultant; previous
clients include BBC, United Nations Environment Program, Television
Trust for the Environment, Friends of the Earth and Oxfam. Thomas is
a co-founder of the
American Conservation Film Festival, held annually in Shepherdstown
(www.conservationfilm.org).
Thomas is Publisher/ Owner of The Shepherdstown Observer
(www.WVobserver.com).
He lives in Shepherdstown West Virginia with his wife and two
children.
